Puppies take their first bath. Did I mention CUTENESS?

Katherine decided the ratio of stink to cuteness finally swung in favor of stink and since she prefers cute to stink she and some friends gave the puppies their first bath. As you can see from the last post, caring for the puppies has become a full time job, so we will be cheating some and spreading out the bathing extravaganza over the next several posts. Let's kick it off with Bandido!

If you have wondered why the post count has declined, then this picture should provide the thousand words of explanation needed.

Apparently three square meals a day isn't cutting it.

El Bandido has decided that the Sac Bee is an excellent supplement to a growing puppies diet. Maybe it was the food section of the paper.

Papers!!! GIVE your papers here!!!!

We need newspaper. If you have newspaper that you want to get rid of let us know. If you are hoping to get it back then I wouldn't recommend giving it to us. I can promise you it won't come back in the same condition.

Dear Readers,

We had our fun with the first day pictures and the daily puppy profiles but the best is yet to come. Yesterday was a break through day. Most of the pups started to open their eyes and take their first steps. The party is about to begin. You can look forward to puppy wrestling, puppy romping and my personal favorite puppy races. Leave a comment and let me know what sort of things you want to see the puppies do and I will keep my eye open. It's been a fun week and a half but it's time to turn the fun up to 11!

The day the puppies were born I went into work and discovered my co-workers had prepared a wonderful surprise. Here are pics from that day. I didn't get my hands on them until today so thus the reason for the delay. My thanks go out to my co-workers for their thoughtful surprise.
